Behind the matte-black shopfront and its flowers is the room that started the whole thing: exposed stone, oak tables, the glow of the amber-neon pig, and Chevi’s kitchen sending out tortilla, jamón and boards to share.
It’s where visitors to the Old Town find a proper glass of Spanish wine, and where locals come back for the welcome. Open from midday to late, every single day.
